Use now that Microsoft have started to roll out the new Azure AD sign-in.I conform, the problem was caused by Cisco Jabber in my case :)Update Skype for Business Windows Store app. Make sure you have the most current version of Skype for Business Windows Store app: On the Start screen, tap Store.The application will get logged out and you will have to log in again.How did you fix it? i have the same problem.I realize I am a bit late to this, but just so you are aware.By default, Cisco Jabber will overwrite registry settings related to presence and some versions will even remove the entire keys/strings when the application is uninstalled. Newer versions of Cisco Jabber can be installed with a command line optionExplicitly preventing it from overwriting registry settings.
